No I didn't don't even know they lowered the price, I paid with PayPal if that matters.

Amazon needs to work on getting their product details accurate (not only for blu-rays but for a whole slew of other consumer goods as well) since many customers rely/base their buying decisions on the available information listed on their product pages.

Just checked the order page and they adjusted the price on my order as well. I didn't know they had a pre-order lowest price guarantee. I always thought you had to return and rebuy for the lower price. Good to know for future reference. Thanks for pointing it out. ♥

I purchased the Target Exclusive on 3/7 for $39.99 with a $10 Gift Card included, I called Target.com and they will not make the adjustment, the kid says I paid less than the selling price so there is nothing that can be done. Yeah whatever, I still paid $39.99 and got a $10 GC which is only good at their store. Id appreciate some input on this. thanks in advance.

Haven't seen anything online at all about this, but I was told by an employee at Sanity (Australian music/video retail store) that season 6 blu-ray (and DVD) will be out in November. They are already taking pre-orders for it. Not sure if this is meant to be confidential information, but it's what I was told when I picked up season 5 today. *fingers crossed*

I think you are the second person to mention this. Seems highly unlikely, considering the street date for previous season releases, but I would definitely welcome a November release, that's for sure.

That's really cool that they got Ciaran Hinds for a commentary. I'm glad there's a few new names on the list this year.

Kind of surprising that Sophie Turner didn't do any, but maybe she was busy on X-Men. Although, that does mean that we'll be spared a commentary track of two teenage girls chatting about everything BUT GoT! (ala last year's "First of His Name").

Not everyone. There were several members asking if the UK set is region B in the last few pages. I just did them a favor by quoting a couple of posts from the other thread. Apparently the confusion stemmed from the advertised region code in the Amazon.co.uk's GoT S5 page.
