Twisters (2024) 4K Steelbook (Walmart Exclusive)

I refuse to pre-order anything from Walmart. They are notorious in the collectors community, not just movies but action figures as well, for being terrible at fulfilling pre-orders. I know people who have pre-ordered some of their exclusive action figure lines that don't get them until months after they have been found in stores, if they get them at all.

I'll press my luck with their exclusives and hope to snag one in the store on release day. Walmart seems to be much better than Best Buy at getting adequate stock in their stores for most exclusives. So far besides Dune 2 and a select few others that sell out and never make it to stores I've had no issues getting what I want if I just wait.

Received the SteelBook a couple of hours ago, in good condition (at first glance anyways). I'm glad Wal-mart came through, despite the whole release-date-never-updated thing.

For those whose preorders are still on delay, I just reordered it yesterday and it shipped today while my preorder is still lost in the ether.

This release has been a mess. I stopped by the WalMart that I placed my first pick up order from (where it was supposedly “out of stock”) and saw some on the new release rack. My second pick up order was also “out of stock”, so it shipped from a third local WalMart and was delivered today. My original pre order was still delayed, so I cancelled it.

Reordered for delivery tomorrow and cancelled my delayed first order from July. Was hoping to get a gift card for my troubles, lol.

Just got my Twisters from Walmart and it has set the new standard for the worst packaging ever, even worse than the corrugated cardboard sleeve. Walmart sent me two steelbooks in basically a paper bag, nothing on the inside for additional protection.

My Twisters steelbook is still showing as being delayed on Walmart.com even though it is in stock for shipping but since it is delayed I can't cancel & reorder, yes I could order one that was in stock for shipping but would miss out on the free shipping since it was originally part of another order. I got a $10.00 off promo code for my next or future order for my troubles.

Mine was part of another order as well. I didn't have a cancel option but I just clicked on the "remove item" and it does the same.

Thanks, I haven't tried that before. Reorded again with Maxxxine 4K. October has been an expensive month , only 3 on order for next month, the Crow Remake & 2 Beetlejuice Beetlejuice 4K's, 1 steelbook & 1 standard 4K. December will be another expensive month if I were to get all the Disney Plus series that are coming out but I can wait a little while on those.

Wow, not in my region, they barely get any titles. (that said, Twisters has been one of the few exceptions)
