My Rogue blu ray has a sticker on it that reads "House by the CE" along with the order number and item number.

Tried chat on MVD, no response. Sent a message through their site.

On the bright side my Toolbox Murders 4K came in a nice slip!

Sounds like a specific employee mixup. I've never had an issue with them. They do the best sales on their own stuff and usually have the best prices on Arrow and BU, Unearthed, and some others, so I feel obliged to go to them for those sales.

I'm not too worried about a mix-up, it happens... As long as they fix it without too much hassle.

... after an online chat with MVD/Oldies late last week, I just got an email saying the correct disc will be "dispatched'. I'm satisfied with that.

Update: I received my House by the Cemetery today so MVD made things right relatively quickly. Props.

Does anyone know when Vinegar Syndrome and their partner label Altered Innocence / Melusine will have sales? They had an OOP sale but it seems to have just about ended around the time I found out.

Or if anyone has some of the slipcover limited editions from Altered Innocence / Melusine they'd like to get rid of, I'd be interested as long as I don't already have them.

Altered Innocence is not partnered with Vinegar Syndrome anymore. They can be found on Diabolik and through MVD. I have a feeling they won't be having sales nearly as often anymore.

Melusine is going to be having a 50% off MSRP sale starting this weekend with the Halfway to Black Friday sale (Along with Vinegar Syndrome proper)

What’s up with Altered Innocence and at least one other partner label breaking off from Vinegar Syndrome? The other one I know that broke off was Deaf Crocodile. Have any others separated from VS? Those are the only two I’ve heard of.

The reason they leave? They can't sustain their companies financially if they stay. They are all doing what is best for their own company. I can't blame them for that~and hope it works out for all of em
