We needed this win something fierce. And to do it without George Hill for the entire second half...I was going to say it's a good thing we caught them on a bad shooting night, but I think I've said that the last 4 or 5 games. Our defense has stepped up. And Biz, no you won't.

I am glad I started up thru the entire Cavs @ Celtics game (it ended at nearly 4am HK time). What a great game!! But let's face it, defensively the Celtics just cannot handle LeBron anymore. Imagine if Jamison got hot sooner...

They are lucky to get a win out of this game.

I want to feel better about last night's game but I just can't.

1) It was "reported" that George Hill couldn't put any weight on his ankle. He'll probably be out for a couple to a few games.

2) Couple that with TP not coming back for maybe the same amount of time, and how he won't just seamlessly fit back into what we've got going. He'll be taking touches away from Manu, the real reason we're kickin' ass right now.

3) I feel like we are to the Lakers as the Suns are to us. We can beat them all we want in the regular season, but when the Playoffs come around is when we really need to prove we can bash their heads in, at home no less.

Don't forget Walton too. That guy might not give you 10 and 10 a night, but he understands the triangle better than most guys on the bench.

Not sure I want Mr Glass back. Fisher, Walton, Sasha, and Farmar probably need to go away, too.... too inconsistent in their roles on the Triangle.

Too bad we have no cap room to sign anyone to our bench this off season. Might be playing with 6 players next year lol

If I am not wrong, we still have the mid-level exception and the vet. min. we can use for this summer. As long as we have Kobe, Pau, Ron-Ron and LO, I am sure quite a few FAs would consider signing with the Lakers for a chance to get a ring.
