I can understand if there was a constant problem throughout a movie due to a problem with manufacturing. A blink and you will miss it issue really does take the Bluray.com forum nut jobs cake. Up there with the ping pong ball missing in The Thing and a the issues with the Batman TV series.

Just check out and enjoy the movie. I can’t remember the last time I read a thread on this site that didn’t have someone complaining about an issue with the disk. Colour timing, sound, aspect ratio, the plethora of other artefacts, ghosting blah blah blah blah.

I watched The Ten Commandments UHD the other day and at some point it glitched for a second. It’s technology. Stuff glitches. Not going on some forum to complain about it and demand a reissue and carry on. It was two seconds.

You all going Karen on this. You need to speak to the Jesus manager of Bluray issues please. Pump the breaks. Undertake some mindfulness exercises. Have some booze. I suggest Porn Hub or just watch an old copy of the movie if you REALLY need to see those titties unglitched.

You need to see a doc if it takes that long to blink. The ping pong ball is nowhere as bad as this. This is glitching on a cable/OTA HD level feed level of glitching.

It's a shame that these companies are passing the blame around instead of doing what it takes to actually correct the problem.
Well, no one who ordered the Sandworm edition reported playback issues, so I’m inclined to believe them.

I'm more upset about the missing interview. The glitch is annoying I presume as well, but people were complaining before the delivery truck engine was cold. I'm sure Scream will address these issues.

Loomis’s seventh shot that came from an alternate reality caused the titty-glitch.

It's cool and all that they included the TV version of this movie as an extra. It's kind of a bummer though, that they didn't make an extended, uncensored version of the film, with all the deleted scenes, like they did with the first Halloween film.

Who knows if the original materials still exist for the outtakes from Halloween II?

I think the extended cut of Halloween (1978) was only possible because William Lustig (or someone else) accidentally discovered the negatives for the television scenes.

I’d like to see the death of the female reporter - if it was filmed?

In the script for Halloween II - as I remember it - Michael Myers was hiding in her car’s trunk, when he emerged and killed her?

Watched this today on my PS5. The glitch was definitely there. Pretty quick though and I’m not sure an average viewer would even mention it.

I only noticed it because I was ready for it, because of the people complaining about it, here. Otherwise, I probably would’ve missed it.

I wonder: would the glitch be as noticeable if it were on Bud's wedding tackle instead of on a pair of chi-chis?

Yikes. Gen Z strikes again with their appropriation of the name Karen.

In that case I would have noticed it at least.

That and the assumption that people care more about titillation when watching H2 than having a glitch free presentation (re: Porn Hub remark).

If you aren't interested in the discs themselves or the quality then why ya here? Plenty of film forums if you're after some deep film talk. Don't be surprised if you find some enthusiasts breaking a presentation down in here. Where else?

It's posts like this that do more harm than good.

Great. You don't think it's a big deal. It doesn't bother you. Good for you.

We don't need you coming in here and thread crapping. Keep it to yourself.

These are exactly the kind of posts that give Shout/Kino, etc. an excuse to do nothing.

Companies acknowledging issues and fixing them, benefits everyone.

Including you!!

Someday there will be an issue with a disc that you do care about and perhaps post about and someone will sh!t in your cereal.

Please be more considerate.

Has anyone managed to take a screenshot of the glitch with Dolby Vision? Curious if the FEL fixes it.

I don't have a picture, but the pixelation does not occur when dolby vision is engaged.

I even paused and frame advanced. I saw no evidence of it.

It is there for sure when watching with HDR.

The Blu-ray is fine. I checked it too.
