I ask and her blunt response was, "no. I don't see you in that way but only as a friend."

Which, while not my intention when asking, but definitely hurt my feelings as I thought there would've been hope in her as a possible candidate. But, I guess not as I now know how she really feels about me...

Blessing in disguise. Now you can go after someone else, and she didn't lead you on/waste your time/friend-zone you.

Why do some drivers never stay straight in the lane? I mean some just really get close to the other cars in the next lane.

Gotta take those corners as sharp as possible. Cuts down on the overall mileage and gas usage.

i was behind quite a few morons on the way home from work, today.

speed up, slow down, speed up, slow down, speed up, slow down, start to turn...then hit their signal about halfway through the turn. it's like they didn't know where the **** they were going. and if you don't know where you're going, then maybe you should let someone else drive.

I can't decide which is sexier - women with sweet, "girly" voices or those with more of the gruff-sounding sure-of-themselves type. There's something about deep-voiced (but not domineering or manly) chicks I find kind of attractive, while the innocent-sounding girly ones (more feminine) melt my innards more easily. I don't know. What do you guys think?

I think "sexy" is a state of mind. If she's sexy, she's sexy. Presumably "He" as well, though I have no personal experience with that.

Thanks for the tip BizCat. It's actually been in the works for a few years now, but we had a few hiccups along the way. Her mom who was a part-time professional party planner was helping us at the beginning, then she ended up getting sick and passing away early last year. Then there were a couple stress-related bumps in our relationship (when she moved out for ~2 weeks last fall). We've been together for almost a decade so we managed to work things out. She always wanted a summer wedding so here we are; a few months out scrambling to finalize the guest list,catering,venue, etc.

NICE! We're actually doing a big family reunion/wedding reception/party in the Adirondack mountains, at a campground we camped at every summer growing up (oddly enough neither of us recall knowing each other back then). Nothing but lakefront campfires, good brews (getting our favorite craft microbrewery to "cater" the event), and about 1500 of our friends and family rsvp'd so far.
