I jacked my colors waaaaay up on Fury Road. Everything is really Orange and warm looking. It looks awesome on this movie.

I can't imagine watching it in black and white but whatevz.

Isn't the movie that way all by itself?

Nothing I've heard or read says anything on that issue.

P.S. Those desaturated shots of The Road Warrior actually look pretty cool. To be honest, I find that much more visually appealing, and fitting, than the actual look of the film.
I have no doubt that it was done at some point during the grading of the film - before, during, or after. But no, we won't know for sure unless an announcement's made or we get our hands on the B&W release and compare it to a desaturated version of the film.

I have faith that Miller will make sure it's done properly. They did it for The Mist - I can't imagine them not doing it for Fury Road.

I watched the 3D version last night and thought the 3D was really good. It had me smiling most of the way through. Such a fun movie experience.

I think this is the first movie in a while that's better in 3D than 2D. Bought the 3D disc off eBay, should hopefully have it by middle of next week.

Saw it both in 2D and 3D and I thought 2D was better. And I'm no 3D hater, and can say it enhanced a lot of films like Avatar, Hugo, Life of Pi, etc, but in this case I thought 2D was noticeably superior and gave a clearer view of the action.

Bought this at Wally, and the app doesn't recognize its barcode. Can a second barcode be added in the UPC field, or does it need a separate listing? The one I got has this UPC: 8-83929-48367-9.

I'm usually pro-2D, but there are so many shots in this that are so obviously designed for 3D that watching it in 2D is just distracting, weirdly.

Yeah it is, but I think it gives it a cool effect where everything looks burned and nasty. I like the movie a lot more now after I messed around with the colors.

John wick was good but the last act sucks and puts it way below fury.

I saw this in a Dolby Atmos theater in 3D and I felt mixed on it. I bough the 3D combo pack and just watched it on my 11.2 system and I can honestly say I liked it WAAAAY better here at home must have been my mood on the theater day, I thought it even sounded better at home. So glad I picked it up.

A lot of people hated the cold color transfer of that first "French Connection" blu-ray but I honestly really dig it to the point I like to replicate it myself in my own stuff.

It says details on reverse side of sticker, but I started to peel one back and saw only white!
bought both the target exclusives; the one with the exclusive infographic sticker has a different upc (883929487103/item code 3000065031 vs regular's 883929411733) but they share the same dpci (058-37-1178). the reverse of the sticker is just a link to the mad max site to download a 300dpi jpg..not sure what's "collectible" about it, as it doesn't require any code, etc. (the text is "To download the collectible infographic visit: [] Expiration Date: 2/28/16")

the comic exclusive (upc 883929486366/item code 3000064741, dpci 058-37-1180) has a larger slipcover (4/5-disc type, like their lego movie exclusive with comic, another wb release) that mentions the comic on it. while i like that it allows for a slightly larger comic, it really just kind of slides out once you unwrap it. i would've swapped for a larger quad case, but then the comic is too thick to still fit in the slip..these are the things i have to deal with as a collector lol.

pics (left to right, ninja/"exclusive"/no slip, regular w/ slip, exclusive w/ thicker slip):

Yeah I liked watching this in 3D better. I didn't think I would but 3d just brought to life just a little bit more. It was like just enough 3d to make it worth it. Almost got involved with the steelbook mess, so glad I got the 3d version.

Saw this for the first time earlier & loved it. I wouldn't be interested in a B&W version though.

Thanks for the info. I kinda figured the infographic would be "eh" at best, but to only be a link and not even need a code? I kinda expected some printed out insert. At least it might be a hidden spot on the site, I didn't see it by going there just now.
