Just got my copy of Underworld Rise Of The Lycans (UK Region B) in the post and inside the case was an Entertainment In Video flyer featuring forthcoming BR releases. Taking pride of place slap bang in the middle was Boogie Nights. 'Q3 09' was printed on the back

Yes indeed it is haha, I laughed when I read the previous poster's line lol. Hope both of these hit Region A too as Entertainment in Video is usually Region B locked right? I also hope they have the correct aspect ratio too, as their previous Boogie DVD release did not.

I'm definitely down for Magnolia & Boogie Nights...but I think I'll wait for the US New Line releases.

Before I buy this, can anyone who's seen the Blu-ray confirm it is in 2.35:1 widescreen as the DVD was cropped down to 1.78:1 as I had it originally on VHS and that was 2.35:1.

I know the DVD was cropped and not opened up as the B was missing from Boogie in the opening titles and so was the S in Nights.

Shame on you EIV. I heard they also did this to some other titles as well.

I'm pretty sure our release is identical to the US one as it's a Warners release now.

Yeah its a WB release, and I can confirm 2.4:1
