Sony to Release 200/400 Disk Changers

Sony is reportedly getting ready to release a pair of new Blu-ray Disc changers, one of which can hold up to 400 discs.

According to Sony Insider, the two new changers will go by the model numbers BDP-CX960 and BDP-CX7000ES, holding 200 and 400 discs, especially. The products are based on prototypes previously revealed at International CES.

I wonder if these changers will damage the disc eventually, like the dvd changers did?

I really don't know what you're talking about. I have owned the Sony ES DVD Changer since release and I haven't seen a blemish on any disc due to the player.

I have over 200 blu-rays myself and I doubt I would get something like this...maybe if it comes out at a feasible cost and has some kind of protection against the thing breaking so you don't lose your movies.

Why 200/400? I guess that means no more blu-ray cases?
