This is to eliminate another title to list them by popularity. Or something like that.

one poll per place. #5 is gone - the 23 who voted for it will go in multiple directions. whatever came in 2nd on the first poll doesn't matter for that reason. i said on the first poll that this was a work in progress, and why iot was labeled "#1".

Should the 2009 Star Trek really be classified as Star Strek? I just feel that it deviates somewhat from what Star Trek ought to be. Take the Wrath of Khan for instance. It raises questions to which there are no definitive answers. Take a look at "The Emissary" episode in DS-9 or "The Child" in TNG. These are Star Strek through and through. JJ Abrams' Star Trek on the other hand is a special effects thrill ride interwoven with a story about alternate reality and young Kirk Meets older Spock. Heck, even the Romulans look different. That's my take.

Bad Star Trek, never been a bad ST film. They are all equally great. Go wash your mouth out with soap and hope the fans do not beat down your door and hack you into little pieces with there 500 dollar replica bat-leth's.

Voted for 11, as it should not be there. Good film but has an unfair advantage as it is the one everyone remembers the best.

I will agree. #5 was the worst, but Nemesis is right behind.

Generations get's my vote in the next round, Patrick Stewart is a great actor but in that movie he was horrible. Great story that just was badly used by everyone involved in the movie

I think Nemesis is the best of the Star Trek movies. The best acting by far. The Next Gen characters were fully realized. Excellent quality and special effects. Great story. I will never understand why that movie isn't much higher in people's rankings.

I voted for The Search For Spock.

Nor I. I just don't get it. It's like some sort of Emperor NC virus went out and everyone said it was the worst before the movie even premiered, and interent jacks have been following lock step ever since.

Star Trek (2009). The way it deviated from normal Trek with the cop out "alternate reality", the overused Leonard Nimoy, the cliche villain, the same "save the Earth" story done a million times, etc.

They even dumbed it down by changing the appearance of the Romulans so people wouldn't be confuzzled.

Don't get me wrong, I liked it because I like Star Trek, but I just didn't get the epic Trek feel when I saw it. It's best aspect were its special effect shots.

Yeah. I, too, like all Star Trek movies and TV series. I have my favorites. But bad? No.
