After watching the new terminator movie last night, my roommate and I started to discuss the probability of machines taking over. Look at how far technology has come in the last 15 years. I remember when 32MB of memory on a San Disk card was the norm. Now you cant buy one that has less than 1GB and an 8GB is common. Computers and Robots that can recognize faces and learn words. Wit the world connected by the internet and hackers getting better, what does everybody on here think is the REAL possibility of a "war" happening? I guess if the machines did take over and they won, then wouldn't that be the beginning of the matrix?
Any thoughts??? |
