Amazon has posted the release date now and (already announced) it is available for pre-order.

Note: I saw the date earlier and now I can't find it.

well, hulk came out in Oct. last year and was released in theaters in june, so hopefully u're right!!!

Maybe Fox made them remove the date. If 9/21 is what Amazon had before, that's probably accurate.

I saw it on one of there "recommends" section based on my browsing history. It showed September 21, 2009 in red text.

Which is wierd since 9/21 is a Monday.

9/21 isn't a Tuesday. It would be rare for something to not be released on a Tuesday (though it happens). Maybe they meant 9/22?

I'm hoping that when we get official word on this being released, we'll also get word on Volume 3 and 4 of the animated series.

My wife will buy this because of Hugh Jackman, but for me I can go the rest of my life never seeing it again and die a happy man. It is by far the worst of the X-Men movies, that is until they make the Magneto film.

Usually once you see the first of the summer movies with a home release date like this, most others start falling in line, and it is usually fairly close to how they were released in theater.
