Target with a Fry's label on a BD title

So I went to Target with the wife and I went to check out the BD section just to browse. I noticed that all BD titles were protected with one of those security plastic container like at some WalMarts do. However, I found one BD movie that wasnt in a container with a Fry's Electronic price tag on it. WTF! I thought..so I went to clear this matter with one of the electronics employees and he was also puzzled that the disc wasnt contained and with a FRYS price tag. Finder keepers right? Nope he called manager and he gave me a number to call later during the week to check their inventory. I wanted to claim it if perhaps someone left it behind or dropped it or probably someone returned it for a refund with a Frys price tag. Either way as I walked away I turned around and saw him packed the movie in a container assuming he is going to put it back on the shelf.
