Mortal Kombat II - it's off... no wait! it's on!

Last fall Sony removed Mortal Kombat II from the PSN Store due to what they called a "firmware incompatibility."

It also mysteriously disappeared from the download lists of anyone who had previously purchased the game.

Last night I noticed it's back on the PSN Store, but it's not on my download list. I have the game on our living room PS3, and would like to download it to our bedroom PS3, but I don't really feel like paying for this game twice.

Called Sony support, who told me they needed to escalate my ticket and would call me back in 1-2 days.

Any else run into this issue?

Also, I could have SWORN that when it was first available, MK2 was a PS3/PsOne game that could also be played on the PSP. Now it just shows up as a PS3 game with no mention of PSP. Am I recalling this correctly? Does anyone have this game on their PSP from its original release?
