Default how to really get streaks off your screen....

ok so i posted before about this and got some good advice...i went out and got monster cleaner from best buy and it seemed to the do the trick...it cleaned off smudges and didnt leave anything behind...but now that its summer and theres more light coming in...when there is direct light on the lcd screen i can still see some streaks although it doesnt take away from the viewing much its a bit annoying...is there a real true way to get these streaks off..or do i have to just live with it?

i have the same cleaner and never noticed streaks. perhaps you need a new cloth. maybe theres something on it thats creating the streaks.

edit: ive bought similar cloths at tap plastics that are thinner but are the same material for cheap.

any thin micro fiber cloth , or anything made for lcd screens should work fine withOUT a cleaner.. Amazes me how many ppl get suckered into all the BB gimmicks.. This cloth, this cleaner, this overpriced HDMI, ,this Monster , that monster...

I have 2 lcd's use a small microfiber cloth,.. You spray warm water on the cloth, and wipr the panel down.... never had one streak or one scratch

I never use anything but the cloth that came with my Sammy, and I used it dry. I simply wipe it down every couple of days and have never introduced any chemicals so at to not have to deal with the possibility of smudges. I also make sure I use this cloth for the screen only, so that it doesn't pick up any tiny particles if I were to use it to dust around the screen that may eventually scratch the screen.

ive been in HT for a long time, and you really dont wanna use a cloth dry, possibilities of minor scratching and drag might happen... And if you actually read the samsung directions, it says , " spray cloth" Like i said the best thing to do is use the swifter dusters and a cloth from the factory or the one i posted above with water.. ( spray it on from a spray bottle, Keeps it from soaking in heavy and streaking the screen )

I don't use a cleaner's for my Plazma. I only use a microfiber rag and clean it. I soemtimes have to use a littlebit of elbow grease but, it does the trick. No smudges, no streaks, or anythign left behind. Any microfiber rag will work IMO. I use one that was used for glasses, but i do have other that I use.

Our plasma screens are much easier to clean than LCD because they are glass. LCD screens are a bi*** to clean without leaving any streaking.
