i havent seen it in theaters, but I plan to get it on blu anyway-- sorta like a blind buy

I am going to have to rent this one first to make a decision. After the mixed opinions I've heard about the movie, I don't see myself blind buying this one.

Nope. Very underwhelming. Some good moments, but it just didn't make me care the way the GN did.

I am as well...simply for the style of the film. I did mean to go see it in theaters, but never got around to it (I was also very disappointed that there was no IMAX release)...so...purchase it is...

Expecially since it's only $23 on amazon

I'm wondering which version I'll like better, theatrical or director's cut. I haven't seen either yet.
