I purchased a copy of King Kong from Amazon.ca and received it today. The top right corner of the case had a few cracks in it like there had been enought pressure on the case to do damage to it. Either way I returned it to Amazon.ca for a replacement. Do you guys do this to?
I mean the movie obviously would have worked perfectly etc but I am a collector and that doesn't really sit well with me. I understand that there may be things on the production line that happen that cause a case to be imprefect like little wrinkles in the clear plastic that holds the art etc and leftover glue residue from security seals etc. Those I have no issues with. It's the thinks like torn slipcovers, cracked cases...you know things that are just the carelessness of someone accidentally damaging the case that bug me. Anyone else here like this? |
