My hearing isn't as good as it used to be due to 1000's of hours being spent with headphones on with the volume cranked up to 70 or higher and I have to have things turned up 3/4 of the way to really hear everything, and things sound muffled sometimes, especially dialogue in movies, when everyone says it sounds crystal clear.
Is there a way to condition my ears back into respectable shape? I've currently got my PC volume at 10 and I'm listening to quiet tracks to try to pick out instruments and such, but I'm wondering if there are other ways of achieving this.. |
