The Canadian blu-ray release looked gorgeous, so I don't see why this would be any different. Here's a review of the Canadian version:

I hope Warner/New Line gets this out in the States soon. AND USE THE ORIGINAL POSTER ART, PLEASE! Sorry, I had to use caps for that...

I have the Canadian disc, and the transfer is quite nice. Very happy to have it. No extras on the disc however, so hopefully the upcoming releases will have some if not all previous features.
