I have a 62" DLP and I used the AVia 2 disc to calibrate mine. I'm happy with the results.

I used to have an 57HDX82, which was pretty much the best they ever made. I left calibration to a professional calibrator (worth every penny).

If your environment allows for it (no kids or pets that touch the screen) then I would definitely recommend a re-stacking, where the protective screen is placed BEHIND the lenticular. With that setup you can watch in a totally lit room without any reflection issues. It's the most theater-like presentation I've ever seen from a direct display. I sure wish it was an option with my current Kuro.

P.S. My first Tosh was a 65H80 480p widescreen set I got in 1996 (before DVD).

I currently have the 65HM167 for my big screen!! VERY NICE!! I have never had it calibrated proffesionaly. I tweaked the settings my self and got a great picture.
Any advice on using a calibrated disc or something? Or should i call someone?
