How Do You Select Special Extended Version on Friday the 13th Killer Cut? - Blu-ray Forum

I just rented this movie and cant figure out what to do. There is no top menu, the movie just starts. When you go to the pop up menu there is no option to switch from theatrical version to special extended version. Any ideas? Thanks.

Uh...the movie is defaulted to play the special version, you don't have to switch anything to watch it. The theatrical version is under the special features, supposedly.

You cant select theatrical version in the special features either. You can however chose english or french audio for theatrical version so I assumed that was the version playing. Oh well, thanks, hopefully its like you said and it just defaults to the extended version.

correct, the extended auto plays.......u have to select english in the features menu for the standard to play

All these responses are great, it is good to know that it starts automatically playing the extended cut, but for some reason my disc's "pop-up" menu won't... "pop-up"!?

Is anyone else having this problem?

My pop-up menu worked fine but there is no top menu.

I was just sitting down to play this movie on my Samsung BD-P2550 and I can't get the Bonus View to turn off... has anyone had any problems like this as well?

Any suggestions? I've tried many different things but nothing seems to work!

Extended cut plays right away and Theatrical is on digital copy aswell.
