Default Hardwood Scratching

I'm having a bit of a problem with hardwood scratching, especially with the things at the bottom of the Polks that arrived today. What are some solutions that you guys used? I was thinking of a rug but don't know of many places that would sell them in the small size I'd need for speakers.

Hardwood Scratching? Really? Try an OTC stop itching cream of some sort first. If that dosn't work, see a doctor for somthing stronger.
