Does anyone know if this ITV series is region-unlocked?

It's put out by $ony so I would think it's region free.

Any reviews of this Blu-ray set? I have been looking and nothing came up. I am sure it is region-free being released by Sony, but the resolution is also important as a British television show if it is to be played in the U.S. Is the resolution in 1080p?
