Logan's Run blu-ray

I'm a big fan of this movie, and a few weeks ago they announce It will be rumor for 2009, but does anybody know If they made an actually release date yet? Btw who all will buy It once It comes out?

well i think they are trying to put a modern touch on the art cover,it's not bad,but it would have been cool for the original art work.

Farrah Fawcett had a minor roll in the film. I guess her death is prompting the movie release. Been on my wishlist since 12/1/08!

IMHO it's sad that the stars of some of our favorite films and TV Shows have to pass away before there work is put on Blu-Ray and/or DVD (it seams to me anyway). Farrah's Ex "Steve Austin: 6M$M" STILL NO RELEASE it would be so cool to get some Commentaries from him on some of the Episodes. Also Still Waiting on a Blu-Ray for "Saturn 3"???? another of Farrah's cool sci-fi film classic's.

I feel the same way. I'm waiting for Disney to release The Black Hole on blu-ray, but they don't. They already are missing the 30 year anniversary. Put the dang thing on blu-ray already while Earnest Borgnine is still alive to enjoy it. Geeze.

This movie was in the pipeline long before she died.

I too would have prefered original cover art, but I understand they are trying to engage today's audience into buying the disc. I'll be happy to have an excellent transfer of the film.

Yeah, it has absolutely nothing to do with her death. It was announced several months back as being in the works already.

Man, I love Saturn 3. I have it on SD DVD, but would love a BD release.

If I recall correctly, I remember watching the extras and they explained how the erie carousel was filmed on the first take. Spooky.
