Has anyone purchased this yet? If so can you review the picture and audio, I know the aussie release is 2-discs so maybe they've used more space to improve the picture and sound from the Region A release which was just one disc.

I'm interested to hear about this as well.

I did note that the AU version has Dolby TrueHD audio, whereas the US version has DTS 6.1 & DD 5.1 EX. The US version used MPEG-2 video, but I'm expecting the local version to perhaps use AVC, but can't find confirmation on this yet.

Anyone else with any info on this please let us know!

Hmm, if that's the case, I think it's time to sell my US copy and trade in for the AUS.

the aus release is two discs with 5 esp per disc. i can't really tell about the PQ since i viewed it on my older set but seeing as there is so few esp per disc and a fairly short run time i think the aus release is a safer bet with the added space.

Does anyone know if or when Weeds Season 7 and final season will be released on Blu ray in Australia?
I saw dvd version here of season 7 but no blu ray?
I have 1-6 but waiting to get the last 2 before watching...
and they have been out overseas for awhile
