My top fave is the oxygen tank gun or whatever it is that Anton Chigurh(Javier Bardem) used in "No Country For Old Men". Runners up include, the vice and the ink pen that Joe Pesci's charcter used in "Casino" and the nailgun that Cameron Mitchell's character used in the original "Toolbox Murders".

Some movie I watched years ago used honey bees as weapon of torture on some vietnamese girls,can't remember the name of the film though.
