The Autralia release of In Bruges is 1080p! Somebody is lying!

I think somebody is lying that its 1080i. Why though would they do that!!

Well when I popped In Bruges into my PC and brought up the information panel in Cyberlink PowerDVD it says 1080i this is the Aus version.

what is different between 1080i and 1080p because the PQ is excellent on the AUS version just bought it myself

It clearly says 1080p

If you go to the bottom of the Michaeldvd review, in the comments, it's made quite clear that it's 1080i. Assuming he even bothered to watch the disc, the reviewer is either a liar or an idiot. I believe this site also claimed that the Australian Underworld Evolution disc isn't an MPEG-2 transfer, which was BS, as I own it and it bloody well is an MPEG-2 job.
