Slap Chop Remix turned into a real TV ad - Blu-ray Forum

I was watching tv this weekend and the Slap Chop ad that I hate so much came on...only it wasn't the normal commercial. It was a remix version set to music and frankly a little disturbing.

I thought at first it was a spoof of some kind, but in looking online it started out as a Youtube video and the Slap Chop makers liked it so much they actually put it on tv (with a few modifications).

The thing is so catchy I can't get it out of my head!

Did anyone else see this? Did you think it was as messed up as I did? Why can't I stop thinking about it (obvious mental problems aside)?

They did the same thing with a remix of the Sham Wow. I was watching Discovery HD and the full 3 minute ad/song came on. Honestly I think it is a brilliant move.

That's hilarious, but you do realize that I have to kill you now for getting that song stuck in my head, right?
