Default Blu-ray not ready for prime time

I went through 78's, 45's, lp's, 8 track beta/vhs cd'd dvd's and laser disks.

I Was going to hold off on blu rays, but finally gave in. No doubt that the images are better with the right source.

Could not believe the long load times, poor searches, poor control........(do a rewind to rewatch some footage and then play it back and it would reboot and start at the begining of the moves......... had to dn load updates to play certain disks, on and on.........(Sony 300).......then a got a Pano bd35........slightly better load time......some times pause a movie and it will re boot when I presss play.......no subtitle button. Still like using a 10 year old computer to operate..........like a dvd player running at sloooow motion, or better yet like a vhs player.

Looking at getting a new ..........(only if better)........player...........the Sony S360 seems to load pretty fast, has a subtitle button, but no open/close tray button, ys gotta wonder.

3 years into many new units and they are still trying to get it right.

Anyone know of a player that is really up to speed.???

Jack
