Battlestar Galactica (Complete) $171.86 @ walmart.com. Is this list price of $279 a mistake? Amazon, Tower and blu-ray.com have list price at $349. Amazon preorder is $209.99.

That is the right list price for the DVD.

You might be able to get that price at deepdiscountdvd.com with their 25% coupon next Tue. Don't know if they'll have it in stock though.

It doesn't work with pre order blu-ray, try it again when the disk is in stock next week.

Is this series any good? It looks interesting and was debating on buying it. I have never saw an episode. But I do like Sci Fi stuff.

IMHO, its the best sci fi show ever ! One of the rare gems that can be enjoyed by all ages. It has a little bit of everything.

Wow, if amazon price matches this I might have to bite. I just have this gut feeling that half the world is planning on adding BSG to their cart in deepdiscount the day that it comes out and that they are going to be overwhelmed with orders and have delayed shipments and have it be a total mess over there at deepdiscount. Where as for about 30 bucks more I could have it in 2 days with amazon prime with no hassle. We shall see I suppose...

I'll be adding it as soon as it becomes available with coupon. I think a lot of people are waiting for the christmas time sale and hoping for a price drop.

Yah, exactly. That's also what I was planning on doing. That's why I said that I have a feeling half the world is gonna do the same thing at the exact same time and that disaster will surely follow in some form or another.

If Amazon price matches, It likely won't be until after release day, to make sure they get all of those pre-orders out the door before they drop the price. I can wait an extra day or two, see what happens!
