Cars for Clunkers

Is anyone looking into this? It's the biggest scam I've ever seen lol. I'm not really looking for a new car let alone an American-made one. But I wouldn't mind helping the economy by buying a new car. I've got an '01 Dodge Neon that is basically a beater. I drive my dog around in it and it runs well(surprisingly). However, I'm not sure how much longer it has...

I entered it into the govt. database and it's ineligible. I thought ok...It's a "clunker" which is what they're advertising. I guess it's not worth it now. So I thought all right...I'll throw in my Honda Accord which is loaded but it's 10 years old. I wouldn't call it a clunker. Honda's never die...It rejected that as well. So I really went all out and entered in my S2000 which is worth at least 20k. It rejected that too.
