I can't really narrow it down to a top 5, but Anchor Bay and Blue Underground both need to speed up releasing their back catalog's already. I realize they are smaller, independent companies and kind of sat on the sidelines during the format war, but Blu won the war well over a year ago and both of them have been slow releasing titles on Blu-Ray.

Ironically I think Anchor Bay put out more titles before the war was over then they have since it ended. Plus they have a bunch "Divimax" DVD titles that they supposedly have high def masters "laying around" so what is the hold up? At least Blue Underground is putting things out slow, but steady since they joined the format.

What has me mystified was that the horror movies and independent companies that specialize in the genre were so quick to adopt DVD, but are so slow to do the same for Blu-Ray. At this point in DVD's history there were tons more horror flicks out!

If only for Tom Savini's shotgun to the head scene... I miss horror movies that used real special effects and not CGI.
