Knowing UK-Release - Blu-ray Forum

The disc comes out today. Does somebody own it already? I would like to now if the videotransfer and the audio are the same as the US-Release. I believe E1 has done some own (bad) transfers in the past but more recent discs like Twilight where direct ports of the US-Version.

E1 have barely put anything out over here, I have't heard anything regarding bad transfers. Sex Drive, Twilight, Bronson, Franklyn, etc, all have great transfers.

I was in HMV today and was going to grab it but at £19.99 I decided I'd wait!!

I have the Australian edition by icon entertainment and its fantastic. I believe Icon is putting out the UK edition as well.

You won't be disappointed.

No they aren't. E1 Entertainment are.

I'm sure it will be ok. The original print looks good enough that I could get a decent blu ray out of it.

The back of this blu-ray case states that this is a "Region B" disc, but someone mentioned that it is in fact a Region Free disc that plays in a USA-made PS3.

Can someone confirm that info, please?
