Default OPPO BDP-83 AVCHD Questions...

I bought the oppo BDP-83 and it should arrive on tues. I have some questions regarding the playback of video files. I've done a lot of researching and could only come up with what file formats are suported on this blu-ray player and not actually what inputtted resolutions are supported.

I have some AVCHD files that have a resolution of 1920x1040 and 1280x544. Will the oppo add the black borders to them so that they will play on my pioneer PDP-6070 plasma tv? My old panasonic DMP-BD30 wouldn't play these files because they weren't in the 1920x1080 and 1280x720 format.

I have another file that's 1280x720 but it's in 25fps instead of the 23.976. Am I sol on this one since it's a different fps?

Is there a file size limit that the oppo won't play back? I've done some reading saying that the PS3 will not play anything bigger than 4gb. I just bought a 16gb usb stick at sams club just to use with this player.

Thanks for your answers! This is my first oppo and I'm excited to get it.
