Default About multi aspect

I have some questions about multi aspecting in BD player.
I know DVD players have "multi aspect function" which fit its movie data to 4:3 and 16:9 TVs as DVD player's configration.

1) Will BD player have configration about TV aspect ratio?

2) If so, Will BD player fit its movie data to TV size as the configration?
or, it all up to disk contents?

Well, I mean, which shall do this function, contents-provider or BD-Player?
Many different aspect contents shall prepared in disk by author?
Or, BD-Player shall adjust to TV size from one aspect contents?
