Default What about HD DVD titles like The Thing, Animal House, the Hulk, Charlie/Chocolate?

I need to know if soem of these early releases on HD DVD will ever be released on Blu Ray?

If they are from Universal, like Hulk (the only one in that list I've looked up), they wont be coming soon. Universal is HD exclusive. Once they convert, I'm sure we'll see most of their titles in no time.

Not until Universal switches, which is MUCH more likely than any of the BD studios switching, since they're the lonely kid looking from outside the fence while the BD boys are having fun inside the playground.

Those are all good movies, The Hulk was done right sporting outstanding pq. If Universal does release they will have to step it up in the specs dept. If there is no real dif between the hd and the standard dvd, then why upgrade. The Thing is on my radar screen and it looks good.

not unless they are Universal...also, when the war is over...only time will stand in the way of your preferred movie being available..

Why can't Universal come out tomorrow and say they are releasing some Blu films?

I don't think there is anything preventing it. Am I wrong?

I believe that this is something they would have wrapped up by now considering they only have 6 months left...

You could always wait to see if they come out in another region of the world if universal does not swithc over any time soon.
