I'am for one very annoyed that these TITLES will not be REGION FREE like all PARAMOUNT RELEASE'S are does any one agree with me on this matter.
I know these titles are being released in the UK soon but never the less PARAMOUNT should stick to REGION FREE BLU-RAY'S. 1. Gladiator (UK) Release September 7th 2. Braveheart (UK) Release November 2nd 3. Forrest Gump (UK) Release November 2nd |

I am keeping an eye on Paramount. I so far I think it will be movies launched under a collection or series title that will be locked and there standard titles will be region free. If these titles see less sales they might change there minds and decide to stay region free.

I believe it would only be the US editions that are region locked since they got released first. It seems to be one of those cases that when the title is already available in region A, the region B's will likely be region free since there is no incentive to import anymore.
I'm done with regions now anyway, I got myself 2 60gb PS3's from region A and B and i'm upgrading both to slims soon. Best of luck with that region coding thing ![]() |

Braveheart BBFC decissions
This was submitted in 1995 http://bbfc.co.uk/website/Classified...7?OpenDocument And it was cut but here is a new submission of the movie from 1997 http://bbfc.co.uk/website/Classified...F?OpenDocument And it was passed with no cuts And here is another one from 2008 http://bbfc.co.uk/website/Classified...4?OpenDocument Also no cuts but the runningtime is 170 min while the other are 179 min i guess the one with 170 min is without credits ![]() So does that mean the Blu ray will be uncut ![]() ![]() |
