Got mine friday and what a joke. A refurbished piece of sh*t that they are trying to say is new. And to boot the one i got is still broken. So a warning to all before purcahsing if they do this again. Mines going back on Monday.

I'm slightly concerned, because the one I got seemed new to me.

Because when I called playstation to see what was wrong with my system, they could tell by the serial code that it was refurbished. Very dissapointing.

I imagine it has more to do with Sony, and when they checked that serial number on their systems they could tell that the unit was in for repairs/ And or refurbishing.
