Just bought this Philips Full HD 32PFL5609D for the bed room for around USD 850. Still not a 100% sure if I have made the right choice, but I thought since it is for the bed room only, why not? What do you guys think?

I used to own the 42" version of the previous model. The set had a lot of ghosting and flickering with HD sources. If that's a 120hz set that may help alleviate some of the flickering but the ghosting is probably going to plague that set as well.
Try watching a dark BD like "Dark Knight". In the parking garage see if you can see a "trail" behind Batman in that scene. I always could, and can't with my current set. If you like it, that's all that matters though. |
