Monster BD :::Warning::: No Chapters! Reverse!

I just want to put a warning out for anyone interested in this movie.

I'm positive this isn't a error on my part but I have to ask, does anyone have access to the reverse function of this Blu-ray? There are NO chapters in the menu, nor do any come up while playing the movie using a PS3 with firmware 3.00. The only functions are 'fast forward' and If you chapter search backwards, the movie starts from the very beginning! I've never seen anything like this. I could be wrong but the picture looks to be stretched a tiny bit? Audio dynamics also sound limited and I'm having my first lip sync issue. (I'll compare to my DVD copy and report back)

I'm not to thrilled by First Looks half assed effort

I'm going to try getting my money back from Best Buy with hopes that First Look Studios corrects this slip up!
