The question states "TV/Movie Character" and not "Actor/Director/Real Life Person." I hate to be a stickler, but there is a big difference in intention between the two.

My answer? I'd pick a fight with Buffy: The Vampire Slayer. Even if the character wasn't played by Sarah Michelle Gellar, that character would be so much fun during the "make-up session" that would take place afterwards.
