Earth to Sony Pictures... perfect opportunity to promo Blu-ray to many MJ fans. Release the DVD 2 weeks after the Blu-ray.

Now I love old MJ(you know...black) but anyone think it's wrong to have the movie trailer for this before Cloudy with a Chance of Meatballs???

Nope. Especially not if the trailer had 3D elements. Also if you've paid attention to the post-mortem, they've essentially confirmed that his skin tone changes were in fact a result of Vitiligo. He didn't stop being black.

I heard in the radio, the guy who work in the set said this was supposed to be his biggest concert and all the video was shot in HD.

Now I HEARD the whole dress rehearsal was recorded but people are saying it's going to be a documentry of the making of and his final days with only TWO or Three actual full songs from the rehearsal footage...

I'm hoping it's the full thing... I wanna see what they were planning to do with THRILLER on this tour

I would like to see the whole show (as best they can put it together) with interspersed behind the scenes stuff. The show is the point though. Hopefully Sony knows this.

Yes, they have 100 hours of footage (all in high definition, multi camera), Im sure it was confirmed that they have every track recorded that he was going to preform on stage at the O2

The fear i have is Sony will cut songs out in favor of more kind of documentary bits

What would be cool thou would be when the blu-ray comes out if it was two disc, 1st the cinema version, 2nd just all of the rehearsal songs one after the other

You gotta remember the Jackson Estate are also involved... I think we'll see the documentry as the main piece of this is it and then a CD with all the recorded tracks.

If it's a good price I might pick it up. Loved his music in the 80's.

I am debating watch it for $4 or just wait for the blu-ray release.
