The Brave One and Death Sentence - Blu-ray Forum

I can't find a UK review, or even summary, of these two releases.

Does anyone own them? Good/bad transfers? I read in a thread on here that The Brave One is 1080i but an Amazon reviewer says 1080p...

Death Sentence UK is 1080i - but still a good pic. Not sure of Brave One - I have the US version.

I have the UK version of The Brave One and it is 1080p with TrueHD 5.1 audio.

With I Walk the City featurette and deleted scenes as extras, it seems to be identical to the US release.

Excellent transfer too.

Death Sentence was a good movie, looking forward to some kind of 'unrated' version..

Okay, I ordered The Brave One but think I'll give Death Sentence a miss with 1080i.

I picked up Death Sentence for £7.99, still worth the purchase if you liked the film.

The audio is really poor on the UKDeath Sentence blu - just standard Dolby 5.1 Sounds over compressed . The French and Dutch blu rays have lossless audio. Sound much better. Visually not a lot of difference between these and UK

Is there US release?

I have the Swedish Death Sentence. DTS HD 5.1 and an excellent transfer!
