LOTR Blu-ray HD Preview - Blu-ray Forum

My father in law told me that one of the blu-rays he watched had a preview of LOTR in HD but he can't recall which one it was. Does anyone know what Blu-ray it was on?

I have never seen such a preview, and I have watched hundreds of Blu-rays.

Someone else mentioned this too... but I don't recall which title. Presumably a WB title... maybe it'll be on Wizard of Oz.

Wasn't it a 720p trailer you could download via BD Live?

As I recall it's on the Woodstock blu Ray. And I also recall reading it was available through bd-live.

I've seen it, I believe it was WB or New Line Cinema flick, but I don't remember which one either.

I heard that as well. I think someone posted it up on youtube too. It was a long video.

Any Warner disc with BD-Live will give you access to the trailer.

i think it was on the watchmen bdlive content. its a warner disc i know that.

Correct.

The preview is pretty epic in terms of the content but I was not too impressed with the PQ; I do not think that is an indicator of what the final product will look like.
