Make sure you're not sitting on the remote...that always happens to me after a few beers

just kidding. My Sony Trinitron used to do that but that's because I didn't clean off the dust from the vents and the heat messed it up pretty good. Just have a TV guy look at it...do they still have TV shops or is it Best Buy nowadays lol??

How long have you had the set? It could be in need of a firmware upgrade if its rather and has been doing this a lot.

Has it been doing this the whole time you've had it? I would advise you to call up LG and see what they say. It may be defective TV or it may be in need of a newer firmware. I'm not sure, but they may send you a jump drive with the firmware on it if that's the problem. Either way your TV is less than a year old so its still under warranty. Call up LG ASAP.
