Several were found yesterday, more today!! Sony's latest stunt..

I read it in the newspaper this morning on the train that they were found around the city yesterday. At first people didn’t know what they were but as soon as word got out it really was 'smash and grab'! Didn’t see any on my way in this morning, but one was found in the area where I work yesterday!!

thats kinda cool.. the avg person wouldnt think to just walk up and vandalize an egg decoration with hopes of an awesome gaming system inside...

True, but from the video it looks like there is a hammer on top of the egg.. so would make sense to bash it! I agree though, most would just admire and walk on! Some prize for taking a chance!

I'm finished work in 90 mins.. will start walking the streets of the city then!!

The hunt is over for today! Will there be another stunt like this?? Hope so!

The last one was found at UCD (a university - lucky students!) and due to the poor weather over here there wont be anymore today..

Again, what a great idea.. The press will catch wind of this for the weekend newspapers. Nice bit of publicity for the Ps3! And quite unique!

this is actually a really cool idea from sony for getting people excited about the slim, maybe if they arent able to win one, they will still want it enough to go buy one, they are finally affordable enough for people to think about it, hope they keep doing stuff like this, maybe in the states??? like missouri??? in the st louis area???????

This is a fun promotion.

But... I'm fearing some of these will wind up with people that think that yellow video cable that's in the box is the best way to hook it up.
