Default flat component cable for running under hardwood? Or flat hmdi? 50 feet

I'd like to do a 50 foot run of component or hdmi under hardwoor floor (not installed yet).. I can't use the side walls so it has to be underfloor.

Solutions?

Floor installer said cable should be 3/8 of inch, 1/4 inch absolute max..

So I saw something like this
http://www.amazon.com/Atlona-Cable-B...7&sr=1-1-fkmr1

measurements works at .158 inch height
http://www.atlona.com/pdf/manuals/AT14031-N.pdf

but would like more options to check out

You could also use something like this:

Amazon and parts express also sells these--just search for HDMI over cat5.

oh wow, I wasn't aware of that. Thank you very much! I think the home is pre-wired with CAT5 so that would probably would be better? So those work just as well? That would be a fantastic solution.

I see there are a ton on amazon. Do you have hands on experience with these? Certain brands perform better? I'm wondering about keeping the signal strong enough.

Just keep in mind that CAT6 is highly recommended for 1080p signals.
