Default Still screen captures?

How do I do screen captures in Blu-ray.

I was using powerdvd but I see that the blu-ray enabled powerdvd ultra says screen capture is disabled when playing blu-ray discs?

Thanks

ps I did try searching forum first as this did seem such an obvious question

I don't think the software could. They used to be able to but that created a problem of people making copies of the BD using screen caps.

For those killler screen shots... I have ripped the BD, turned off Hardware Acceleration, then played back the ripped files and snapped screenies that way.

Not a fast way... but it works!

I'd be happy to do it that long way round. But what do you recomend for ripping blu-ray: I've been using DVDfab with DVDs?

DVDFab Platinum works fine for BDs.
AnyDVD HD will rip and/or allow most other BD compatable media softwares to rip BDs as well...
