Default Problem with Rambo trilogy

Hello all, I apologize if this is in the wrong place but I wanted to give everyone a heads up as well as ask for your opinions.

I recently ordered the Rambo box set trilogy from inetvideo.com beacuse I felt the price was right and I have enjoyed those movies since I was a child.

Well upon getting them in the mail I opened them up and examined them. On First Blood (part one) there is a surface scratch that is about an inch and a half long on the disc. I watched the disc and it seemed to play ok and without any issue so I was just going to let it go. The third disc, Rambo 3, is where I found a serious issue. The case and disc label are both correct in stating that it should be Rambo III. The problem is when you put the disc in the player it is actually a second copy of Rambo 2!!!

Since then I have tried calling i net video, left them messages, sent an e-mail (to wich I received an automated response e-mail) and have tried waiting patiently. I have not heard anything from their company at all. I am beginning to get upset and also very dissapointed with them as I had planned to order more from them in the future.

So, to all of you who have purchased these fims, have you had any issue with them?

Has anyone ever ordered from inetvideo and had issues? I am beginning to become concerned that I was just ripped off!!!!

EDIT: Here is a copy of the e-mail I sent them.

Hello,

My name is Dave Johnson and I ordered the Rambo 1 - 3 blu ray box set from your company on September 28th 2009. My invoice number is 215xxxx.

When they arrived I opened them up and examined them. On First Blood (part one) there is a surface scratch that is about an inch and a half long on the disc. I found this to be very odd as the disc was supposed to be brand new. I have however bought MANY cd's, dvd's, ect. in the past and have found manufacturing blemishes that do not affect playability. I watched the disc and it seemed to play ok and without any issue so I was just going to let it go. The second disc, Rambo: First blood part 2, was ok and without any issue. Finally the third disc, Rambo 3, is where I found a serious issue. The case and disc label are both correct in stating that it should be Rambo III. The problem is when you put the disc in the player it is actually a second copy of Rambo 2.

I called your company earlier today and left a detailed message along with my cell phone number stated a couple of times. I never heard back from any representative as was advised by your automated system. I then tried to call a while later and was once again sent to your voicemail system. This time I did not leave a message. At around 5:00 pm central standard time I tried calling your office once again and this time received an automated response stating that your offices were closed!!! I find it very odd that no one from your company responded to me during the business day. I would assume you have a team of representatives who are employed to handle such calls and messages.

All of this has prompted me to write this e-mail. Please respond to this or you can call me direct at (64x)89x-78xx. This is the first time I have done business with your company and the other blu ray movies I ordered were all fine. I certainly hope you will take this opportunity to resolve a customer issue without further delay or hassle. I find your pricing and sales to be very inticing and I would love to use your company in the future to grow my media library.

Thank you for your time. -Dave Johnson
