i really liked superbad and forgetting sarah marshall commentaries, just wondering what other movies had funny commentaries?

I bet you the South Park Bigger, Longer & Uncut commentary with Trey Parker and Matt Stone is funny. Have the movie, but have not listened to the commentary yet. Looking foward to hearing it this weekend.

The commentaries on Gremlins are pretty funny, especially the cast commentary. Zach Galligan is surprisingly upbeat and gives endless amounts of interesting anecdotes and trivia. The commentary also features Phoebe Cates, Dick Miller and Howie Mandell. Mandell is funny and strikes up this interesting friendship with Miller during the course of the movie (Miller had never met Mandell until the commentary and had no idea he voiced Gizmo - you actually hear this revelation during the commentary track)! Definitely check it out if you're into commentaries.

The "This is Spainal Tap" and "Tropic Thunder" commentaies (done in character) are hilarious! and of course all the "Mystery Science Theater 3000" commentaires!

The Simpsons Movie commentary is very good, it has some funny parts but is overall just very informative and interesting.

40 Year Old Virgin has the funniest commentary track ever. It is pretty much as hilarious as the movie itself, they get about 15 people in the booth and just have a riot talking about filming & other stories.

I agree with you that both Superbad & FSM have great commentaries, also try Pineapple Express or Knocked Up; Apatow always delivers good commentaries. Personally, I always enjoy Kevin Smith's tracks too especially on Clerks II. (There are like 4 tracks and all of them are really solid)

Wes Anderson's commentary on Bottle-Rocket is great if you like witty dry humor that isn't overly witty, and not all that dry.

tim burtons are very very boring anything with JC and kurt russel is great i thought the one for midnight meat train was pretty good clive barker got the director to open up a bit and talk about not only the film but a bit about himself .

Check out the commentaries on Army of darkness.Think it only is on the DC DVD version,but funny as hell

Armageddon Criterion Edition (DVD) had a pretty good commentary with the cast, Ben Affleck being pretty disparaging throughout, btu in a humerous way.

Tropic Thunder - I've listened to the commentary more times than I've watched the actual movie. John Carpenter+Kurt Russell always do fun commentaries. PTA does a wonderful commentary on Boogie Nights. It's not so much 'funny,' but it's really enjoyable and PTA just has such a wide knowledge of film; probably one of my favorite commentaries.
